Abby's Natural Wellness didn't start as a business plan. It started as a personal search — a determination to find real answers in a world drowning in conflicting health advice, overpriced supplements, and wellness trends that come and go like seasons.

Like many people, our founder watched family members struggle with chronic fatigue, inflammation, and a general sense that something was off. The doctors had answers, but those answers often led to more prescriptions, more confusion, and less connection to the foods and herbs that human bodies have relied on for thousands of years.

That frustration became a mission. A mission to go back to nature. To study the plants, the herbs, the traditions that have supported healthy communities across generations — from the Caribbean islands to the African continent, from Southeast Asia to the American South.
